Warranty Coverage: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the optic, starting from the original date of purchase. If your optic fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, improper installation, or modifications. The warranty also does not apply to damage resulting from harsh environmental conditions, including but not limited to exposure to extreme temperatures, excessive shock, or water damage beyond the product's rated specifications.
How to Claim: To claim your warranty, simply contact us at Walkermfg@protonmail.com with your proof of purchase and a picture/ description of the issue. Our team will guide you through the process and, if necessary, assist with returning the optic for repair or replacement.
Transferability: This warranty is fully transferable to subsequent owners.
